Transform your electric boiler into a smart, energy-efficient heat battery with the Quality Heating WaterAccu. With this system you use surplus solar power directly to heat water. This lowers your energy costs and lets you make the most of your self-generated solar energy.
The WaterAccu operates completely automatically and ensures that available solar energy is sent directly to the boiler. When your solar panels generate more power than is being used in the home, the boiler uses this surplus energy to heat water. If there is temporarily not enough solar energy available, the system automatically switches to power from the electricity grid. This ensures you always have hot water.
Installation is simple. The supplied CT clamp is placed around the L1 phase cable leading to the smart meter. This continuously measures whether surplus solar energy is available. The main unit is then connected between the power supply and the boiler.
Important information about single-phase and three-phase connections:
The Quality Heating WaterAccu itself is a single-phase device and operates at 230V. This remains the same even if your home or solar panel installation has a three-phase connection. The system is therefore suitable for both single-phase and three-phase homes, but is always connected to a single phase.
