Shipping and returns

Delivery of your parcel in your country takes place within 3 business days. If you order before 16:30 on business days, we will ensure that your parcel is handed over to DHL on the same day as your order. DHL will then take care of the rest of the process. You will also receive a tracking code.

What happens if my product is not available?

It is always possible that a product is not available. This situation is automatically indicated on our website as a pre-order.

How does a pre-order work?

You order the product on the website. Once payment has been made, our system recognises this and reserves the ordered product for you in the expected stock. As soon as the product is available again, the order will be delivered to you as quickly as possible!

Returns

Returns are often a source of concern, but they don't have to be! At Quality Heating, you have a 14-day cooling-off period after receiving the product you ordered. To make things easier for you, we have a returns portal where you can easily create a shipping label online and register your parcel as a return.

You will need your tracking code, which you received when the shipment was delivered to your home or business, and the postcode where the parcel was delivered.

Procedure

Are you going through our returns procedure? It's unfortunate, but it's not difficult. We explain below, step by step, how this procedure works for you:

Report the return of products via the link above. As verification, we will ask for the tracking code of your shipment.
Did you receive the product on a pallet? If the returns portal indicates that the parcel cannot be reported for other reasons, please contact our customer service.
Print the shipping label and stick it on the box. Never stick the shipping label on the original packaging!
Drop off the parcel at the nearest drop-off point.
Upon receipt of the parcel, your return will be processed. The average processing time is approximately 5 business days after receipt of the return in our warehouse.

Return costs

The return costs are as follows:
Standard parcel: €6.95
Large parcel: from €15 (from 90cm x 90cm x 90cm)
Pallet shipment: €55 (when you also received the item on a pallet)

Returns must be registered on the returns portal, see the procedure above. Large parcels and pallet shipments cannot be registered on the portal. In that case, please contact our customer service.

Return costs will be deducted at the time of crediting the purchase amount of the return.

When is a partial refund possible?

In the event of visible signs of use, missing accessories or missing packaging, you are no longer entitled to the full purchase price. In that case, you will receive a partial refund from us.

What is the status of my return?

Would you like to know the status of your return? That is completely understandable. We will therefore always keep you informed by email about the progress of your return. The average processing time is approximately 5 business days after receipt of the return in our warehouse.
