Quality Heating B.V. and users of the mobile application (hereinafter: the "Website(s) or Application(s)") and its customers who place an order through these Website(s) or Application(s). This privacy policy explains what information we collect from you as visitors to our website(s) and as customers, and how we use and protect that information.

Application of the privacy policy

This privacy policy applies to every visit to the website, transaction or agreement concluded via a website or the application. All information, including your personal data, that we collect about you during your visit and/or use of our website(s) or application(s) will be processed in accordance with this policy and the purposes described herein regarding the processing of your personal data. This privacy policy does not apply to websites of other companies that link to our website(s) or application(s) or for which a link appears on our website(s).

Quality Heating B.V. offers the possibility to purchase electric heating appliances. As part of our comprehensive service, we may collect your data in two ways:

Data provided by you
infraredheatingstore.com collects your order details such as name, address, phone number, date of birth and payment details when you place an order with us (and, where applicable, the names and addresses of the people to whom the order is directed), as well as your email address to send you confirmation of your order. Your email address may also be collected when you enter it on a Website or in the Mobile Application by signing up for a newsletter or mailing list. We also collect information about you when you contact our Customer Service online, by phone or by email. We may also collect your contact details if you participate in promotions or competitions we offer or when you provide us with your opinion, for example through a review of our products.

Information we collect automatically
infraredheatingstore.com also collects data that we receive based on your use of our services and your visit to our website(s), use of application(s) and any other website accessible from our website(s). For example, we collect your IP address and the type of web browser you use, as well as the date and time of your visit to our website(s).

It is not the intention of Quality Heating B.V. to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16, unless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is over 16 years of age. We therefore recommend that parents be involved in their children's online activities in order to prevent data being collected about minors without parental consent. What else do we do with your data?

Security
infraredheatingstore.com handles your data, which may include personal data, with the utmost care. We have taken various technical and organisational measures to protect your data stored on our servers against loss or illegal use. Every product and all images, logos or photos, etc. stored therein are also protected by your unique email address and a password generated by us and personally modified by you. Other users cannot see the products you have created without having these two pieces of data. We therefore recommend that you choose your password carefully and do not share it with others.
