Payment Methods

At Quality Heating you can use your preferred payment method. Below is a brief overview of the payment methods we offer;

Bank transfer (prepayment) If you choose bank transfer, you transfer the order amount to our bank account. Once your payment has been received and processed, we will ship your order as soon as possible.

Post-payment If you request a payment via the post-payment service (AfterPay), this will not automatically result in an agreement. The retailer and AfterPay expressly reserve the right to refuse a request without stating reasons. Where possible, you will be able to see immediately online whether your request has been approved, rejected, or approved with conditions. This conditional approval is in principle only the result of a limited data check on our part. If you wish, you can be informed in writing with reasons given. You can also contact AfterPay customer service by phone after one business day. AfterPay may, within one business day after the initial conditional acceptance of your AfterPay payment request, convert it into a refusal to honour a request and thereby refuse your use of AfterPay payment. The conditional acceptance is linked to the fact that the approval is currently only the result of a limited data check. Every retailer has the right to verify the conclusion of a purchase agreement with a consumer. The retailer uses AfterPay for this purpose if you choose to pay via AfterPay. The following information is required: Your name, address and contact details. This address cannot be a PO box address and must be located in the Netherlands or Belgium; The Chamber of Commerce or Banque-Carrefour des Entreprises registration number if you are purchasing through your company; If you wish to pay as a sole trader, general partnership or limited partnership, you must also provide in the request the name of the sole trader or the partners who legally represent the company; The bank account number of the person requesting payment via AfterPay.

To pay via Klarna, you must meet the following conditions You have a billing and delivery address in the Netherlands or Belgium. This address cannot be a PO box; You have not been declared bankrupt, nor in suspension of payments, nor placed under guardianship or administration, nor has any such request been submitted. You are also not in a situation where you have ceased to pay your debts on time. You have the authority to make decisions or are represented by the person who can legally represent you and is authorised to act on your behalf. By providing your data in order to use the AfterPay payment solution, you expressly consent to the processing and verification of your data so that AfterPay can correctly and accurately assess and inform you whether your (conditional) payment request is accepted;

For a first order, the maximum purchase amount for post-payment is €250,- For a subsequent order, the maximum amount is €750,-

Credit card You can also pay directly with a Visa or MasterCard. This must be issued by a bank based in the Netherlands. Once you have entered your credit card details, these will be sent and processed via a secure connection. Your credit card details are stored by our partner Ogone Payment Services and transmitted only to your credit card company. Heating Store does not retain your credit card information.
